I have been taking my car there for a few years and have had excellent service. I recently had an appointment for a registered service and asked the technician Paul McCann if he could determine what was causing a noise from underneath the rear axle area when I drive my car. I also told him I was in an accident less than a year ago when I was hit from behind. The damage to the back end of my vehicle was quite extensive. After inspecting my car and also taking digital photographs of the affected area he told me that the trailing axle was bent the sway bar was hitting the gas tank and the heat shield subframe mount was damaged. Paul recommended that I contact my insurance company and return to the body shop to replace the trailing axle assembly subframe mount and do a 4-wheel alignment. After talking to my insurance company and them doing their own inspection along with showing the digital photos that Paul had taken (the inspection and photos were free of charge by the way) they agreed to have the work done at the body shop of my choosing. Thanks again to Auto Niche and Paul McCann for your quality work which is much appreciated.
Autoniche is one of a kind service. Everyone should have the opportunity to an Autoniche experience if they could in there area. If you can’t then I highly recommend driving that extra distance if you don’t live close by. You won’t regret it because everything is done in detail at this place and with the great communications they have with their customers. Unfortunately I can not give a 10 star rating since it won’t allow me but instead Autoniche will have to settle for 5 stars!!

Today is my first time visiting AutoNiche. I just bought a 2014 Mustang GT and I was worrying where I can go to service my toy since I have been driving European cars all my life. Now my worry is gone. AutoNiche really impressed me this morning. Even though I just brought my car in for switching tires and rims but I can see and feel that they are very serious about their work . I will come back for sure. Thanks
Like some other reviewers have mentioned Emily has a business model that should be the gold standard for other auto repair shops to follow. I recently went there for the first time and was extremely impressed by their honesty quality of work knowledge and organization. Emily spent at least 10 minutes with me on the phone explaining in detail the results of my vehicle inspection| what needed to be done at this service what could wait until the next one and what was still in good shape. She is very knowledgeable and explains things very thoroughly and clearly. I felt very comfortable asking questions. Emily and her staff are warm and courteous. Prices are reasonable and work is completed in a timely manner. The courtesy shuttle is definitely a value added service.

It was my first experience with autoNiche and it was a great one. They were very pleasant accommodating and efficient. I brought my new Outback in for an oil change and inspection. They were on time with my appointment and my car was brought in and within an hour I was done. My experience was great and I highly recommend them. Emily and her team were great to deal with and I will definitely be taking my Outback to autoNiche again.

Brought in my vehicle for the peace of mind inspection since the brakes were making noises a few days after my purchase. Emily was honest (hard to find those repair shops) in recommending which parts needed to be replaced. She also provided a full vehicle report.

I've had a ton of experience with bad mechanics who more often than not are the cheapest. This time due to our new family addition I decided to look into a reputable garage that wouldn't be as pricey as the dealership. Reputation was number one. Nothing speaks a bigger truth than your customer base and I found AutoNiche. Rave reviews with lots of pleasant experiences. I reached out for a quote and as expected they are middle of the road price wise. Seeing as it was cheaper than the dealership and they had such good reviews I decided to give them a shot. Low and behold they were exactly as described actually better if I must be honest. Extremely vigilant in explaining everything and any costs that will be/was incurred before and after the service. They came within $15 of the quote provided which I think is amazing. Most places try to take you for a trip with "found" problems or hidden costs. None of that here and now my SUV is driving like new again. Honest thorough and fair.
I've had three vehicles serviced here of varying brands and type and I've been very happy with the work performed. I used to run workshops in the army and I've always owned older cars so I think I've developed a pretty good idea of what I'm looking for from my mechanic. Emily Paul and the team have delivered on that! It's also nice when a creative solution is found that gets the job done for much less than the obvious solution.
Emily Chung and her staff are fantastic. They take the time to explain the issues with your car and even show you exactly where the problem is when it is possible. It is easy to book ppointments online or by email. They send you an email report of your car's inspection with photos. They track the maintenance schedule of your car and will even send your your yearly spending budget. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to diagnose a problem but I think this is because they care very much about finding out exactly what is going on.
These guys (and girls) actually care! What a nice surprise! Apparently they are moving soon. I can't wait to see the new place!

I moved to Ontario this summer and wanted to actually do some research to find a good auto shop. I read the reviews for Emily's shop and decided to give it a shot. 5 months later it's the only place I'll go because of their quality of work and customer care. I live in Kingston but when my car needs something done I'll even plan a weekend trip just to get the service done. Another thing I want to tell any customer who brings in his/her car to AutoNiche is that you should really get your vehicle checked out on a regular basis even when your car is fairly new. My Jeep Wrangler was still under 100 000km warranty when I first visited the shop. Surprisingly when I had it checked out they found a leak in my rear axle seals. Since these parts were still under warranty I took it to a dealer and got them fixed. Emily and her team managed to find two more undercarriage leaks during a routine oil change which led me to make another trip to the dealer to get everything fixed. After the dealer fixed my car Paul (vehicle technician) personally checked them out to ensure the work was done properly (free of charge as well). Do not feel as you are "trapped" going to a dealer because the car is relatively new. Even when you just need an oil change and bring it in to a dealer a lot of time they'll just do a quick visual check. Even getting a routine oil change at AutoNiche involves a complimentary check up of your vehicle and they certainly do a thorough job. Paul and Diego will check 70+ items and you'll get a full report online with pictures of the faults. Needless to say my mind is always at ease afterward. When they do find a fault in your vehicle they'll give their honest opinions so you do not just spend hundreds or thousands of dollars to get something fixed that really does not hinder the performance. If you are wondering about AutoNiche just trust all the awesome reviews/stars others have given and bring in your vehicle. Even if you do live ~30 mins away it's absolutely worth the drive. I certainly do not mind driving all the way from Kingston 🙂 -Dave
AutoNiche has extremely friendly service and always gets the job done right the first time. Even when they are busy they still find a way to help me out. I recommend this place located at 19 Laidlaw Boulevard unit 1.
(I'm not Robert Chao btw| am using my husband's email a/c here| May) Have been bringing my 13-yr-old car to AutoNiche for the past 5 years ever since getting stiffed by another mechanic. The service provided by Emily & her team has always been very thorough. I get advice & warnings on what repairs are needed but am given space to decide whether to go ahead with the repairs| am never pressured or scare-mongered to do anything and Emily explains the situations clearly each time which are urgent and which can wait. As a woman who knows nuts about cars I don't feel like I'm being conned into unnecessary repairs. The little gifts she gives to her clients after each service are also a nice touch and show customer appreciation. I'll be continuing to use her services for as long as I'm road worthy and recommend AutoNiche to others..
We've been bringing our vehicle to AutoNiche for about a year now and the service has always been great from the smile you receive when you step into their shop to the 'Thank You' note left in you car when you leave. Their inspections are very thorough and detect even the most minor issues before they become a problem. I've had a couple issues and concerns along the way after their maintenance but every concern was taken seriously and dealt with in a very professional manner. Glad I trusted the other reviews and came here. My car was inspected thoroughly and repaired quickly for a fair price. The staff communicated the situation clearly and kept me continuously updated on the progress and timelines of the repair. The shop is clean with a comfortable waiting room and wi-fi. I would definitely come here again.
All the reviews pertaining to AutoNiche can be trusted and glad that I brought my car for inspection. Emily Matthew and Paul were all customer focused and really showing transparency with their dealings. My car was inspected thoroughly and Paul showed me what needs to be fixed and he provided me an honest assessment. What a breath of fresh air to have an expert mechanic like Paul explain to me what and why it needs to be. The shop is clean and well organized. I would definitely come here again and will highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I really can’t remember the last time I actually examined a bill from AutoNiche - that’s how much I trust them. Emily and co. have always given my family honest friendly and excellent service. My experience with AutoNiche was amazing. The level of service provided by you and your team should be a model for all other automobile repair shops to follow. They walked me through the details of the best solution and timeframe to fix each of these problems and within a couple of hours I was shuttled back to AutoNiche to pick up my vehicle.
This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The customer service was amazing. From the moment I pulled up and didn't know where to park I was greeting politely and guided through to the office by a very friendly mechanic. I had a number of things wrong with my vehicle so it wasn't a quick in and out. The report was sent to me by email so that I could review it and then a follow up phone conversation to discuss the report was made. Emily and her team are so professional and courteous. I was offered shuttle service while they checked my vehicle and a courtesy car for overnight. When I picked up my truck and drove it off the premises I was shocked at how awesome my vehicle felt! It was like a new car! I forgot how it was supposed to drive it had been so long since it was repaired from top to bottom. Yes five stars for AutoNiche and I will be talking about my experience to everyone I meet. Thank you Emily and your amazing team!
I think this is a great garage too but Emily’s (and company) religion never entered the picture. She’s fair she’s honest she’s trustworthy and she and her staff do great work!
Before my review here's a quick background on me: I've owned at least 10 cars (new and used) over the past 22 years of driving and dealt with many different mechanics both independent and through a dealership. Like most industries there are good and bad apples and this applies to independents and dealers alike. I'm an extremely detail-oriented person with a background in analysis and relationship management so believe me when I say that I perform my due diligence and care about the quality of service I receive. I first met Emily and Paul about two weeks ago (June 2016) after reading reviews about AutoNiche on Google. Despite all of the glowing reviews I felt it necessary to form my own opinion. My father had just given me his old Infiniti and I knew that it would need some repair and maintenance work before I would be willing to drive it. After AutoNiche performed a thorough inspection my expectations were realized - the car needed some suspension and steering parts replaced as well as some general maintenance work (fluids etc.). I asked Emily a lot of questions and then proceeded to do my own research to verify that the work they recommended made sense. I also created a log of all of my father's receipts to ensure they weren't recommending something that he had already done. I then compared their price quotes to the dealer and other shops. In conclusion I would say that they are priced halfway between typical independents and dealerships. So they aren't the cheapest but they also aren't the most expensive. More importantly they easily have the best customer service in the industry (prompt and logical responses to questions) and I believe they are very accountable for their work (as they take online reviews etc. very seriously). The quality of their work seems to be very good as well. It's difficult to know for certain since I'm not a mechanic but I can definitely say that the car drives much better and I've had no issues since my last visit. I'm happy to say that I've found my mechanic and I feel good about it 🙂
I'm kind of person that not trusting what people saying. In order to choose a proper auto shop i have done a huge research for few weeks and asked friends family what auto mechanic they have. I picked around 40 places and from all of them i chose just 4 best auto shops. i decided from four of them to go to Autonich Even though its more driving there than any other places around us here. I'm glad that i chose Autonich as my favorite. Most of the services i have done in big dealer ship but after i chose this auto shop not stopping to be surprise how good they are what a quality of job they have always patient to me working individually with every problem that you have and let you decide if you need honestly to do it or not if this fit your budget or how urgent it is. If you have any questions Emily answers you honestly carefully and detailed that you feel confident with the answer or any information that she or her shop is providing leave you satisfy. Nobody is pushing you or trying to make money on you. The service is amazing they always can take you and show if there is some of your concerns and you want to see it by your eyes. They would never make a big deal of any question that you have if you asking too many questions or you feel that your question is silly Emily makes the situation that way which makes you feel confident and they will do everything to make you happy and feel good. The team are very polite intelligent knowledgeable and you see that they know their job very well professional and very good service. I came coming and will continue to come to their place because there is not a lot of people today that meets your needs. I thanks them for everything.
The reviews here don't lie. I got my used car inspected here before purchasing and they were extremely helpful and honest about all the issues the car had. It really put me at ease knowing exactly what I was getting myself into. They also offered great advice and solutions and were very prompt with communication.
These guys seriously understand the meaning of customer service. They were so patient and clearly explained everything to me which was super helpful to someone like myself who knows very little about cars. They called me back and followed up on everything promptly which is service I have never seen from an auto repair company before. The reviews on here are the entire reason why I called them to begin with and I was definitely not disappointed!

Took my 2011 CRV for an alignment at Auto Niche. Service by Emily was prompt and very professional. She was able to accommodate me for a last meeting appointment. Car was completed as promised and I received a before and after alignment specification. Everything was explained in detail. I will definitely return for any further repairs and maintenance.
I was nervous about NOT bringing my car to the dealership. But since my warranty has finished I thought if find something closer to home. I was treated kindly. I was treated warmly. My recent visit to your shop has changed the way I view the automotive repair experience. I have always been skeptical about the honesty integrity and reliability of the dealerships and repair centers that I have visited in the past. Thankfully AutoNiche has changed my outlook.
