These SMS Terms and Privacy Policy apply to one-to-one text conversations with AutoNiche, operated by 16540317 Canada Inc., at Unit 4, 8 Laidlaw Blvd, Markham, Ontario L3P 1W6. They cover text messages sent through our business number, 905-205-0228.
What we send: If you consent to text with AutoNiche, our staff may send conversational messages about your vehicle or service request, such as appointment coordination, estimates, repair updates, questions, and pickup arrangements. This Teams SMS service is not used for bulk messages or marketing promotions.
Consent: We may obtain your agreement to SMS during a direct conversation, by phone, or in person, or when you contact us by text and ask us to reply. Providing a mobile number alone does not enroll you in promotional messaging. Consent to receive texts is not required to purchase a service; you can call us instead.
Message frequency varies with your requests and the conversation. AutoNiche does not charge for SMS, but message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Delivery is subject to your carrier’s network and is not guaranteed.
Stop messages: Reply STOP to a text from us to opt out of messages from that number. You may also call 905-205-0228 to ask us to stop texting you. We may send one confirmation of your opt-out. Reply START if you wish to resume a conversation after opting out.

We use your mobile number, message content, and related communication records to respond to you and manage the vehicle service you request, including appointments, estimates, repair updates, and customer support. Authorized staff and service providers that operate or deliver our communications may process this information as needed to provide the messaging service. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your SMS consent information.
