Took my brand new car (300km odometer) there for an underbody rust prevention treatment in June 2025. When I made the appointment, they said it would take about an hour and the engine splash shield would be removed for a thorough treatment. The treatment took about 25 minutes, and I could tell the under panel was not removed. The receipt I received specifically says that the areas covered include wheel wells. Fast forward to April 2026, this is what my front sway bars and links look like, 10 months from their rust prevention treatment. Edit: Added receipt where the car’s odometer reading is visible. I agree with AutoNiche that no rust proofing was done in the wheel wells, or they won’t look like this. Update: AutoNiche invited me back for a free treatment after reading this review and I got to inspect the car post-treatment before it was lowered from the lift. They did a good job covering all underbody parts. Thanks for taking responsibility!

Fantastic service by the team at AutoNiche! Went in to replace a component, and the part was ordered and installed very quickly. The shops owner Mohammed is very respectful, patient and honest, and extended me a very competitive price for the service provided. I would say AutoNiche is one of the most reasonable in the entire area. The shop itself is equipped with everything needed to support your vehicle maintenance. I will definitely will be back for my other service needs given the competitive pricing and exceptional service.

Had the undercoating done. Upon inspection, I noticed a few areas were missed. I spoke to the owner, Mohammed, and he took accountability and fixed the issue promptly. If you have an issue, speak to Mohammed (owner). He will make it right and he is easy to talk to. Don't be afraid to advocate for yourself and speak to him instead of rushing to leave a bad review. Give them the chance to make it right. One thing though - the customer area is messy. Remember that cleanliness inspires confidence and pride inspires trust. I will be back. Thanks for taking care of my issue :)

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the whole team at AutoNiche for fixing my BMW X5. When I first bought it to AutoNiche, it could not start. It took the entire team to physically push it into their shop. It needed major mechanical repairs including: tire rotation, battery replacement, front/rear brake pads and rotors, brake fluid service, synthetic oil change (euro), etc. I was extremely impressed with the professional and efficient service I received from their mechanics.
