Job Description

Your compensation will be based on your experience, and you have a proven track record of success as an automotive service advisor. You’ll be working with a great team! Shop owner Emily is recognized as a strong advocate for our industry. She loves to build her staff and empower them to be the best for AutoNiche’s clients! You’ll be working alongside our client service rep, Foreman. He’s been in your shoes: going through the interviews, coming onboard to our team, learning our processes, completing training, and now serving our clients with excellence. Andrew, our newest technician, brings lots of experience and a positive mindset. Rayon is our fun-loving apprentice who loves to learn and is always refining his skills. These techs have a genuine heart for a job well done; they are honest and have integrity; you can rely on their work and take care of our clients. Your Employee Wellness Advocate is Coulson, our 22-month-old pup, who is always there with a smile when things get a bit too hectic and you need a breather.
