Don't judge based on past reviews as the business has exchanged hands and is under new ownership Took my 2012 Audi A6 for coolant leak issue, oil change, and brake service. Thought it was the reservoir issue but it was the flow pipe which Audi uses is plastic and all cracked up due to winter freezing. Not a good move from Audi. Should use hard rubber Got it fixed by replacing the entire coolant set. Also replaced brakes and the warped discs with synthetic oil change Yes Audi parts are pricey but then that's what you have to deal with when you want luxury My Audi A6 is now purring like a new born cat Mohammad and his team will make sure your vehicle is inspected and will recommend the required service and provide an estimate Just go to Auto Niche when you have car issues. I went to Autoniche a few days ago and I was impressed by their service. Daniel, Emily, and their mechanics are a top-notch team and they were able to fix my vehicle within a reasonable time at a modest price. I appreciate their courtesy checks, love their emailed vehicle inspections, and I'm grateful that they found a critical issue with my new vehicle (which was taken care of by the dealer and spot-on with Autoniche's diagnosis). Back in 2011 or 2012, I googled female mechanics after seeing an article in the newspaper. Autoniche was closest to where I lived so I took my 1997 Toyota Corolla for servicing and I was very pleased with the work Emily and her team did. I appreciate their full transparency and honesty which is refreshing as I have been very distrustful of independent mechanics. By 2014 I had to say good bye to the Corolla because it was time to retire her. I bought a new car but was getting the services done through the dealership. Fast forward to 2024, I kept Autoniche in my list of contacts and decided to take my car in to get the headlight bulbs replaced. Well, once again Autoniche came through with excellent and efficient service. Daniel was my first contact by phone and in person and in both instances very courteous and professional handling my requests. The cost to replace both bulbs including labour was super affordable considering what other places wanted to charge me. I had a chance to speak with Emily and she was as I remembered super cool and down to earth. Thank you Emily and Autoniche! You will see me again!

The technician Rayon also did a great job showing me the car after the rust proofing was done. I will definitely come back for the next rust proofing based on my experience.

August 7, 2024 Visit - 4 Stars: I've moved back to Ontario from Quebec and needed to get the MTO inspection for my vehicle registration. The scoring on my rear brakes (Noted from my last VW inspection) had gotten worse to the point where it did not pass the requirements set out by the safety certificate. That's fair, so I did some considering then approved the replacement of the rear pads and rotors which were completed in a reasonable amount of time. My "issue" from this visit came after leaving the shop with my car. I briefly did a walkaround of my vehicle before heading off and didn't notice anything glaring. Turns out I had missed the paint that had completely peeled off potions of my rear brake calipers (either during the safety inspection or the later brake job). To be fair, this likely would have happened down the road at some point, the metal underneath shows clear signs of corrosion and the remaining paint is bubbled/loose in places. So I understand why it could have come off during the servicing. My only gripe is that I hadn't been advised of the paint falling off when my vehicle was returned to me. I called back and talked with Daniel about this, and he was understanding and mentioned he'd discuss this with the technicians. I wasn't looking for compensation, this was going to happen eventually, I just wanted to let them know this sort of thing should have been mentioned in post service debrief. I recommend they warn owners of vehicles with painted calipers that paint damage may occur so it's not a surprise, especially when the vehicle has gone through several winters of salt and grime. Other than this, thanks for the service today and for accepting the feedback! ~~~ Dec 13, 2022 Visit - 5 Stars: Got my GTI rust proofed with AutoNiche today when I was in town, and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience! From booking over the phone with Foreman, who was more than happy to answer my questions about the process, to meeting both him and Eric in the front office. It's a very tidy and friendly shop and as others have said, the complementary car wash and digital inspection report is a nice touch. Nice to have some extra peace of mind in terms of corrosion prevention with the amount of salt used on roads every year! Thanks all!

First time customer at AutoNiche, googled someone who does air conditioning service. I was delighted with the extraordinary service they provided. My Mazda was inspected, diagnosed, pressure and vacuum tested, and then recharged all in the same day. Daniel even stayed open past closing time to allow us to pick up the car as we needed it next day. All for a very reasonable price. They are highly recommended - I would definitely use their services again for my automotive needs.

TLDR: I had a family emergency and didn’t have the mental capacity to deal with car trouble. AutoNiche took care of it for me. Great service over multiple visits. On a first name basis and always a good time with staff at AutoNiche. They are trust worthy. My story: I was going through a family emergency and AutoNiche really made life easy for me by fixing up my car troubles so I could focus on my family when it mattered most. Ever had rapid tread wear on just one tire 2yrs in? Toss in significant wheel misalignment and you’ve got a recipe for trouble. AutoNiche quickly diagnosed my vehicle with the need for new wheels, front struts and a wheel alignment to address the root cause of my rapid tire wear. They worked on my car quickly and communicated any ongoing issues very clearly. One of their technicians, Rayon, literally spent a few hours trying to get my wheel alignment in the green before he decided it would be necessary to use camber adjusting bolts to get my wheels aligned. Fast forward a month when I think the wheels are misaligned again.. and AutoNiche checks everything for me free of charge to ensure everything was okay. I even ended up learning what road crowning is (you tend to learn a lot about cars from staff at AutoNiche) and how older cars without lane assist will experience this a lot more! I highly recommend Rayon, Daniel, and Foreman to anyone looking for peace of mind with their vehicle. They will explain things as they are, and never force you to spend money unnecessarily. Thanks for all the help over the past couple months AutoNiche! :)
