TLDR: I had a family emergency and didn’t have the mental capacity to deal with car trouble. AutoNiche took care of it for me. Great service over multiple visits. On a first name basis and always a good time with staff at AutoNiche. They are trust worthy. My story: I was going through a family emergency and AutoNiche really made life easy for me by fixing up my car troubles so I could focus on my family when it mattered most. Ever had rapid tread wear on just one tire 2yrs in? Toss in significant wheel misalignment and you’ve got a recipe for trouble. AutoNiche quickly diagnosed my vehicle with the need for new wheels, front struts and a wheel alignment to address the root cause of my rapid tire wear. They worked on my car quickly and communicated any ongoing issues very clearly. One of their technicians, Rayon, literally spent a few hours trying to get my wheel alignment in the green before he decided it would be necessary to use camber adjusting bolts to get my wheels aligned. Fast forward a month when I think the wheels are misaligned again.. and AutoNiche checks everything for me free of charge to ensure everything was okay. I even ended up learning what road crowning is (you tend to learn a lot about cars from staff at AutoNiche) and how older cars without lane assist will experience this a lot more! I highly recommend Rayon, Daniel, and Foreman to anyone looking for peace of mind with their vehicle. They will explain things as they are, and never force you to spend money unnecessarily. AutoNiche is a good local auto repair shop, which located in a traditional community. I am a repeating customer. The work team is wonderful！They provided free shuttle ride and free vehicle inspection services. Many different and complete maintenance service items are available from the auto shop. Recently, AutoNiche also offered a free car wash service.

First time customer at AutoNiche. Took my car in for rust proofing because they used the best stuff. Scheduled my car in time before the big chill :-) Great service, garage is large and clean. They did a free car inspection (found a small issue) with a free car wash to boot! Definitely a keeper. Will be a repeating customer.

Need to fix a leaky tire valve and I was able to secure a last minute appointment after boxing day. Daniel and Mamoun were able to diagnose the issue quickly and I ended up asking them to change all 4 valves. Mamoun also identified a missing spacer on the rim. Great experience and the folks are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place!

I would seriously gatekeep this place but they’re so nice I can’t. I’m a first time car owner and they took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions (I had quite a few) when I went to get my tires changed. They did a free car inspection and they didn’t do anything without asking for my permission first. I also received a free exterior car wash! All in all, I appreciate the entire team very much and I will definitely be going back:)

After doing thorough research on rustproofing I decided on Auto niche to do the job. Their prices are in line with other places but they also have a free shuttle and topped up my washer fluid. I believe they have a free inspection as well but my car is new so they didn’t find anything wrong. Friendly staff and the job was done to a T. Thank you guys

Great overall experience with Auto Niche. I was looking for a shop to get a safety certificate, and to get general auto services for my car for the foreseeable future (ex: routine maintenance, tire/oil change, etc). Auto Niche popped up on my google search and I decided to give the shop a try. The staff there was very friendly and I appreciated Emily's honesty and level of transparency throughout the entire process. It was also very easy communicating with everyone there, and I feel comfortable in trusting Auto Niche with my car going forward.

Excellent customer service. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable shop. They will thoroughly inspect your vehicle and make it sure the issue is resolved before returning the vehicle. I had them find a metal piece under my engine that's been making clunking noise and even Honda dealership couldn't figure it out until this shop came to the rescue. I was very satisfied and will be returning for future car repairs.
